Reflecting Mirror

Reflecting mirror, flaws reflecting back

I’ve got my imperfections no lack

Every stumble every fall

Feeling small, breaking down the wall

You see me through these tear filled eyes

Worth the pain but I’m telling you lies

I’m stumbling on this lonely road

And I get it, you might let me go

I’m not perfect can’t you see?

You deserve more, deserve to be free

You’re the world worth my fading light

In your absence I lose the fight

You point out where I go wrong

Singing the saddest, most unworthy song

I appreciate your grace your symphony

But maybe I’m not who you need me to be

If you ever leave me, I understand

That I’m not worth it not what you’d planned

I’m not perfect for you, this I know

In my flaws our love might not grow

So here’s goodbye, shadows we part

A fractured love a broken heart

In the silence where words deceive

I’m not perfect for you I believe.
